In 2013, the St-Pancrace Craft Brewery decided to tackle not one, but two missions. One is to produce, promote and market unique brewing products that are representative of the North Shore region. And the second is to offer North Shore residents a friendly venue for cultural events, gath The first St-Pancrace beer was born: a Belgian-inspired white beer home-brewed in Pointe-Lebel.
This beer, named Uapishka, remains the most popular brewerings and experiences.
Since 2017, one more mission was added with the development of its brewery factory, which allows visitors to extend the experience they had at our Pub. The addition of a tourism component to our business motivated our team to put together a unique brewing experience through the sharing of our commitment to the creation of northern berry-based beers and our love for the North Shore territory.
