INSPIRATION BEHIND OUR BEER

Pointe Audubon, located between La Romaine and Chevery, is named after Jean-Jacques Audubon, a famous American painter and naturalist. In the summer of 1833, Audubon travelled the Lower North Shore to paint watercolours that he included in his book “The Birds of America”, a masterpiece that remains a reference in ornithology to this day.
